Homes in Prahova County

My native city, Ploiesti is the capital of Prahova county. Although many people would see Ploiesti as a gray city with ugly buildings, I believe these places have their special charm which reveals only to their inhabitants. We have parks, we have nice shopping centers, and the most important thing is that we have more jobs than other cities, thanks to the special profile of this area, very rich in oil. Connexe industries developed thanks to the afluence of foreign companies in Ploiesti. For example, real estate is very well developed. Many people still live in those ugly, communist blocks of flats, but more and more people can afford to build themselves beautiful and modern houses in Ploiesti and in the whole Prahova county.As my father used to say:

Sunt la agentii imobiliare in Ploiesti cata frunza si cata iarba! Bani sa avem sa ne cumparam vile si terenuri frumoase, bine plasate, la munta sau in padurile din Prahova.

So, my father's wich is to have enough money to buy a nice villa, by the forest or in the mountains. At the current real estate prices, I think he has to wait a little more, as his earnings are much too low.
